IMPORTANT NOTE TO BROKERAGE & FEE-BASED ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS:

Mesirow Financial, Inc. announced in November of 2011 that they were exiting the clearing business, and that they chose RBC Capital Markets, LLC for all of their correspondent firms to begin a new clearing relationship with. As of March 5, 2012, Planned Investment Co.'s clearing firm is RBC Capital Markets, LLC which operates out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

A package was mailed out to every brokerage client on 1/27/2012. It contains important forms for you to complete and return so that we can continue to service your brokerage account without any interruptions.
